ugh.

Warning: this is a pointless rant about the pain that the last 4 hours has been so if you don't want to be bored by my life, don't read it. It's completely just me venting my frustration...

So I had 45 calories left in the day at around 7 so, I figured that I would eat again at 9. So I drank a ton of water and diet coke to keep me distracted. Then, my friend called and asked if I wanted to come over (she lives really close by). So I go over there and she decides that she and her brother want to go to Cold Stone. If you have never been to Cold Stone, it is the ice cream place of death. It's the best stuff in the world, but it is SO high calorie. A small (or a "like it" size) is about 400 calories without toppings. And their specialty is mixing in other stuff like candy, brownies, fudge, etc. I was gonna get a small lemon sorbet and just eat half of it (under 100 cals), but I binged and ate a whole small Mint Mint Chocolate Chocolate Chip - about 700 calories. Car ride back in her father's convertable I thought I was going to throw up there and then. I went into my friend's house to try and purge there (because she knows about my ed) and I couldn't because I usually use my toothbrush. So, I walked home and about halfway, the horrible sharp pains in my stomache started. Much much worse than pains from a fast or something. I manage to get home, act normal around my parents, plead only 3 hours of sleep last night, and run upstairs to the bathroom. By then I was at the point where sticking anything in my mouth would have made me faint, so I just sat on the edge of my bathtub for half an hour until it passed. Now I just feel tired and gross and still sort of sick, and I didn't exercise today because I was busy, and I was planning on doing it now, but I can because my parents are downstairs and I feel sick, so I can't do my usual 30 min or more, and I also can't exercise purge those calories.

And also in the car home, my friend's dad told her that her mom said she was overweight after they came back from the doctor because she is 106 lbs and 5'1"
First, the doctor said she was 102.5, not 106 and also, both weights are not at all overweight...

anyways, this sucks
